The property is very comfortable and spacious and while it is adjacent to a road because its in a lovely village the road is hardly used so very little traffic sounds at all. The kitchen is a very nice size as is the bathroom. We had with us our dog and we were given access to the owners own land to use as well as garden space for those early morniRead moreng and last night busy busy moments. The owner Sarah is wonderful she makes you feel instantly at home we would strongly recommend a visit!! Hide

Very friendly hosts (and dogs), cottage situated in a quiet location (apart from the occasional helicoptor landing at Yeovilton in the evening but not really a problem) and pretty village. Well situated for exploring Somerset and the Dorset Jurassic coast, close to the Clark's Village for some shopping if you're in the mood. Bristol and Bath a littRead morele further away. Very grateful to Sarah for making us feel welcome and the present of the eggs from her own chickens. Hide

A lovely cottage as Sarah certainly made us feel very welcome. Cottage very well equipped and clean . Wet room very good with good shower. Ideal for people with disabilities. The only fault I could find as having problems with legs stairs quite step and winding.
