The immediate area is a haven for cyclists and walkers given the close proximity to the scenic Camel Trail, and nearby Bodmin Moor also offers some fabulous hiking terrain and stunning scenery to enjoy along the way. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include Wadebridge, a great shopping town with individual boutiques, the cathedral city of Truro, Bodmin Steam Railway, The Eden Project and numerous National Trust properties.

Entering the reverse-level property on the ground floor you will immediately find yourself amongst the pretty bedrooms. There is a king-size zip-and-link bedroom (that can be made up as a twin on request) with 2’6” single beds and a double. Opposite the bedrooms is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. A handy utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer completes the offering on the ground floor. Heading up the stairs and onto the first floor you then reach the beautifully light and airy loft style lounge/kitchen/diner with TV, Sky Q DVD and wood burner. The kitchen area is well-equipped and offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher.

To the rear of the property there is a delightful enclosed cottage garden with a patio area, garden furniture, and BBQ, and a lawn approached via a step down from this. There is private off-road parking for two cars in the courtyard directly outside the property.

Cosy cottage with comfortable beds. With a few improvements would be ideal. Access from any direction is via narrow lanes.

The cottage was adequately furnished. It was perfect rly big enough for 4. It is a bit out the way which we liked and is accessed down very narrow lanes .
