A lovely laid out property, with amazing views up the estuary, the sound insulation from the road noise was amazing, but the parking was tricky. Wi-Fi speeds of 0.2mbps made it unusable, but overall a great place to stay,

Cottage is in a beautiful location with lovely views. Parking is roadside. Being on 3 floors you have to be fit enough to manage the stairs.

Stunning location overlooking the Mawddach estuary where you can watch the abundant wildlife in and around the river (we were lucky enough to watch otters feeding). Recommend cycling the Mawddach trail to Barmouth. A number of walks are possible from the property although a stroll down to the pub across the toll bridge is one you should do!
