Lovely views of rolling hills with nice outdoor area. House is spacious open plan downstairs and kitchen has everything you need. No luxuries though or welcome pack. Although surface areas were clean, the house needs a deep clean as cobwebs in corners and dust on doors etc is visible. I dont want to be too harsh though as didnt affect our stay. YouRead more need a car to go anywhere as we couldnt find any local walks other than down the lanes which was a little risky. Owners welcoming and on site. Hide

Great accommodation with beautiful views of the countryside in a peaceful location. The local village of Woolsery has a great pub & the local shop has good produce. There are many local places to visit within driving distance and the sea is only 15 to 20 minutes drive away.

Fabulous place to stay, great hosts, great location and calm environment to properly unwind!! Sheep, cows and a noisey pheasant to deal with, but we managed. GE Honey butchers in parkham were great. Roger the butcher was lovely. Perfect location for visiting westward Ho, Appledore and Hartland Quay.
