Walk along the magnificent coastal footpaths, take a boat trip out to Lundy Island, or closer to home why not stroll through the village which has remained virtually unchanged for years and even enjoy a drink or bite to eat in one of the villages' several pubs. Explore Hartland's 12th century Abbey and glorious gardens, visit the Quay Museum or Lighthouse. For families, there are a wide variety of sandy beaches ideal for surfing or body boarding and there are numerous theme parks such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. All-in-all, an ideally placed holiday location for couples or small families.
On entering the bungalow, you are greeted by a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, stylishly furnished with under floor heating, corner suite and Smart TV, it’s a great social area whether you are cooking, dining or just relaxing. The kitchen area is well-equipped with everything you need to cook a gourmet dinner including an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Patio doors lead out from the lounge, down a step, into the sun room overlooking the garden. The bedrooms are all accessed off the lounge, you will find a double with TV and en-suite shower room with shower and WC and two twin bedrooms both with TVs. There is a bathroom which has a shower over bath and WC and discretely houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Heading outside, there is a level patio area with garden furniture and an extensive lawn area with built-in BBQ, hot tub and far reaching countryside views. There is an outdoor heated shower. From the patio area, you can access the games room in the garage which has a small snooker table, football table and a collection of small toys. There is off-road parking for two cars on the drive.
