Great location near front and very close to two pubs/restaurants. Small but perfectly adequate for 2 people and a dog. Parking OK in car park off Torridge Road but this is poorly signposted.

We enjoyed our stay at Pulley Ridge Cottage. Appledore is lovely, and the cottage is in a good location, five minutes walk to the town centre and seafront, and as a bonus for us with our dog there is instant access to green space and stunning estuary views by the RNLI lifeboat station and slip. The owners have kept the property very nicely with gooRead mored facilities including faultless WIFI, and thoughtfully provide a music centre, blue ray player and a range of books, games and dvds. We all enjoyed our stay in Pulley Ridge Cottage and will definitely consider booking it again. We usually stay in Irsha Street on the estuary side of the street and nearer the quay but we enjoyed Pulley Ridge's proximity to the Skern and the "lifeboat green" which almost made up for not having a view of the estuary. It was also easier to find nearbRead morey free parking which worked well for ferrying surfboards. The cottage had clearly been decorated and equipped with thought and care. Hide

Pulley Ridge Cottage is a charming cottage in a great position with fabulous estuary/sea views very close by. The cottage is very well equipped. Although there is no car parking right outside the cottage we never had any problems finding a free car parking space very close by. Pulley Ridge Cottage is thoroughly recommended!

Lounge/diner & bedrooms fine & both quite comfy. Beware steep steps to attic room & high bath (we're over 60!) Kitchen small but adequate. TV, Wi-Fi goodRead more. Mobile works in bathroom. Cleaning products, iron, hoover, hangers, soap, loo roll, teabags, salt, pepper & vinegar provided. Value cosy warm base. Hide
