This delightful property sits overlooking the harbour and has been wonderfully restored combining a contemporary style with period features, creating the perfect retreat for all the family.

The harbour, beach, restaurants and shops are situated a stone’s throw away, making this property perfect for enjoying the many facilities the seaside town has to offer. Or, just relax whilst gazing out to sea and watching the boats go to and fro. Further afield you have local attractions including the picturesque coastal village of Woolacombe which boasts a three-mile long golden sandy beach, pubs, restaurants and shops, as well as National Trust's Arlington Court, Watermouth Castle and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park.

A few steps lead up to this beautiful three-story property, as you enter, to your right you have plenty of space for coats and shoes. Following on to your left you have the delightful kitchen/diner and if you decide to stay in and cook a meal there is a well-equipped kitchen area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Leading on up the first flight of stairs to the first-floor you will find the spectacular lounge area with TV which boasts breath-taking views over the harbour and out to sea. A great place to relax after a long day at the beach. Leading on up the final staircase to the second floor you will find three bedrooms, one double boasting spectacular sea views, one further double and one twin with sea views. You will also find the wet room with shower and WC.

To the rear of the property you will find a private enclosed garden accessed either from the shower room on the first floor or via the down stairs hallway and up 10  steep external steps with no handrail.

A parking permit for the public car park is provided for the length of your stay and the car park is within walking distance of the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

This property is in a great location for everything Ilfracombe has to offer. It is very nicely decorated and furnished and offers beautiful views of the harbour & sea. There is a toilet on the ground floor & a wet room on the 1st floor, with access to a small astro turfed garden space. All bedrooms are nicely decorated with comfy beds. Access to thRead moree house is a little tricky, either steps or a steep pathway which requires an element of fitness!! All in all a lovely place to relax and unwind. Hide

Location couldn't be better - up high for the view yet only 3 minutes from the town centre and 5 beaches in walking distance. Neighbours ver friendly and helpful with local information, bin collection etc. Kitchen well equipped
