Ideally situated for easy access to cycle paths, Dartmoor National Park or the coast, this property offers the opportunity to be as active or relaxed as you wish.  Enjoy a new landscape every day, Parke, a National Trust estate with gardens, pond and meadow land, woodlands with seasonal changing colours or local towns and villages with an array of unique stores and cafes. Only a short drive away are the coastal towns and beaches of Shaldon, Dawlish Warren and Ness Cove beach and the ancient city of Exeter with its imposing Gothic Cathedral, museums and underground passages is only a 30-minute drive. This area of Devon really does offer something for everyone.

On entering this delightful three-story property, you are greeted by the fabulous open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, showcasing original beams, stonework and a beautiful fire place with wood burner. This is a great space to sit back, relax and watch a movie or two after a long day of exploring the local surroundings. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and you don’t even need to do the dishes as there is a dishwasher to do the work for you. Heading up to the first floor you have two bedrooms, one king-size and one single. You will also find the bathroom here with a shower and WC. Following the staircase up to the second floor you will find the master suite, with a king-size bed and beautiful period features.

Venture outside to the rear garden, where you will find a hot tub, pizza oven and garden furniture. To the front of the property you have a small enclosed garden great for your four legged friends. There is off-road parking available for two-three cars with this property.

Cottage was beautifully done, clean, we had a lovely week. Cottage close to so many attractions . Lovely welcome pack awaiting us on arrival. Cottage was fully stocked with cleaning products.

Lovely house, 2nd time we have stayed. Great location, 45 min walk to Bovey Tracey, 20min drive to the beach, Parke & Stover lovely for walking, highly recommended.

This cottage is beautiful the photos on this website don't do it justice it really is lovely got nearly everything you may need. In a great location to lots of different places. It's peaceful and quiet. The owner is very helpful and always on hand to give you what you need. Very clean and a nice welcome pack with goodies on arrival. We had a great Read moreweek hear. Hide

The cottage was absolutely perfect! We stayed for two nights on New Years Eve. Perfect for close action to Dartmour. Perfect for getting away from it all. Close access to Bovey Tracey. We were so happy with Little Bovey. We all said we should have booked two weeks instead of five days! If only we knew how lovely it was before our six hour journey. As soon as we arrived we felt relaxed and at home. Really lovely place. The open fire was perfect for our christmas stay and we gave the hot tub and pizza oven a go to. We were chuffed Read moreto bits with our stay! Our two dogs also loved it. The garden is enclosed completely which game us peace of mind. Beautiful house and area. Will be bk Hide

Nice place fairly well equipped, hot tub a bonus after a hard day's holiday making. The log burner was very efficient and only used it for the effect.

Cottage is nicely presented and a good size for 2 people, the downstairs would be a little compact for more people. The location was good for exploring south Devon however there is significant road noise from the Exeter dual carriageway with the windows open. Bovey Tracey has a fantastic park for running your dog opposite the Co-Op.

We had a fantastic stay. The cottage was was beautiful and well equipped. The hot tub and log fire were a welcome addition after a long day exploring. We would definitely book again.
