The property can accommodate a maximum of 2 people with a choice of two bedrooms: a double and a twin, both of which have exposed beams and offer a relaxing and restful environment, and there is a shower room with WC.

Heading outside guests can enjoy access to the large shared gardens and see some of the owners' animals including horses, free roaming chickens and cats. Explore the beautifully maintained woodland walk where you can spot wildlife, as well as several lakes with resident ducks and also a croquet lawn. There is also the possibility of on-site stabling, in the form of DIY livery, by prior arrangement and at a fee agreed with the owners. Off-road parking is available.

Easily the best cottage that we have stayed in over the years and the owners, Dr. Bob and Mrs. Rosemary Meeson should be proud of what they are offering. It was a fantastic holiday.

Cosy, spacious and comfortable cottage. Conveniently located for exploring Cornwall. Owners were very friendly and helpful but also respected our privacy. Very dog friendly with lovely walks and big fields to wander through. Cottage was very well equipped.

A lovely spacious cottage, owners friendly and helpful. Can walk onto the Moor from the cottage. Nice pubs within a short drive, we traveled around quite a bit and this was a good location to do just that. Close to the A30 but road not a problem, excellent value given location and dog friendly!

Rosemary and Bob was great. One of a kind, very helpful. Stayed out of the way but if you needed something they was there. Would recommend it for anyone. We cant wait to go back next year already. Thanks.
