Its a nice quiet place to stay for a break, all on one level. Lovely big bed and wet room. Unfortunately the boiler broke whilst we were there so had cold showers and no heating! Good walking for the dog nearby and river if you like fishing. Ask about the free gym as nothing was mentioned and no leaflets about it. I would imagine it would be very wRead morearm in the summer with the conservatory but chilly in the depths of winter. There are horses next door so beware if you have a dog. Hide

Nice place for dogs with own private riverside short walk and seat by the river. Secure fenced garden with simple layout of gravel/grass/patio plants. Separate, off road parking for car. Secluded spot ideal for retreat or getting away from it all. Open plan except for large wet room made this a light, airy place to holiday.

If you dont mind going in the car if you need a shop its fine. There were walks down the lane and by the river but no amenities nearby. Having said that we had a fabulous holiday and a peaceful one too. The cottage was totally pet friendly which was great and really clean. It was just what was needed and we were welcomed with chic biscuits and a boRead morettle if non alcoholic drink which was a lovely touch. One of the owners was there to great us too. Hide
