The garden leads directly to the water and a shared jetty, which is not enclosed (care to be taken with children). A sunny terrace is located directly outside of the kitchen and is the perfect spot for enjoying a drink or meal outdoors. To the side of the property is a second seating area, large lawn and trampoline (please note garden maintenance staff in attendance during the week).
