Contemporary terraced property, situated just a short walk from Ludlow’s town centre, a lovely area famed for its culinary connections and very different to the usual bland high-street experience.

This property is located in a quiet residential area, just a five-minute walk from the town centre of Ludlow, on the edge of the Shropshire Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There is plenty to see and do in the town, and it is always a popular destination for visitors to the region. Famed for its annual food festival, Ludlow is a popular foodie destination all year round thanks to its numerous highly-regarded restaurants, which offer the very best in seasonal local produce. The town’s castle is an interesting example of a Norman fort; now in a ruinous state, it is nonetheless a fascinating place to visit. This property makes a great base from which to enjoy a stay in the town of Ludlow.

On entering the property, the welcoming light-filled lounge can be found to the right of the front door, and offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV and DVD. In the neighbouring kitchen/diner is a second TV, as well as dining table seating four, a electric oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer. Also on the ground floor is a handy cloakroom with a WC. To the first floor there are two bedrooms: the restful master bedroom with its super-king-size bed overlooks the front of the property, whilst the second bedroom is a pleasant twin room with 3’ wide beds. The bathroom, meanwhile, offers a shower-over-bath and WC.

The property’s split-level garden is accessed via the first-floor landing. It is fully enclosed and has garden furniture provided, making it a great place to sit with a coffee in the morning, or perhaps a bottle of wine in the evening. There is off-road parking for 1 large car on the driveway plus parking for 1 smaller car in the garage to the rear of the property.

Arrival instructions were simple and easy to follow. The house was just right, very clean, with a light and airy lounge and master bedroom. Situation couldn't be better being so close to the town centre and, as the neighbours said, near the pubs. Even then there was no noise at night - very peaceful. Would highly recommend.

The information file relating to the property and locality was very helpful and useful, but would suggest that it also include information relating to the nearest doctors' surgery. Chose this property as no dogs or smokers allowed.
