One of two spacious and stylish properties with garden. Located on a working livery in Llanrhidian on the North Coast of the beautiful Gower peninsula. Perfect for a relaxing or active holiday.

The farmhouse boasts direct access on to Cefn Bryn, the backbone of the Gower and home of King Arthurs Stone. An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty providing exceptional walking, mountain biking and local hacking, you can go for miles undisturbed by traffic with bridleways linking Welshmoor Common and Llanrhidian Marsh to the stunning beaches at Oxwich Bay and Three Cliffs Bay. Superb area for wildlife watching with wild ponies, birds and sea life. Visit Weobley and Oxwich Castles, The Gower Heritage Centre, the National Botanic Gardens of Wales or head to the dry ski slope at Pembrey Country Park. Swansea city offers a range of shops, culinary delights, water sports, activities, Glynn Vivian Art Gallery and the National Waterfront Centre. (Please check admittance for the various attractions).

Stylishly refurbished in 2017 with spacious rooms, wonderful views and thoughtful little extras. The hall leads to the kitchen/diner, ground floor shower room with WC, and lounge with cosy coal effect gas fire, TV and DVD. The kitchen area has all the equipment you need to rustle up a delicious meal or prepare a feast for the BBQ. You will find an electric oven and hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area has the table perfectly positioned for the evening activity alongside the wood burner and comfy sofa with access to the large patio and garden. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. After a day exploring relax in a bubble bath or take an invigorating shower in the bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

To the front of the property is an enclosed paved patio looking towards the livery, ménage and stable yard. To the rear of the property, unwind with stunning views to Cefn Bryn, enjoy alfresco dining on the patio with table and chairs, take a dip in the private hot tub or relax in the shade of the trees and watch the horses in the fields. If you are keen on cycling there is a lockable bicycle store. There is ample parking available at the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Fantastic location for beaches and walks. Hosts very friendly and helpful.They had left a tray of goodies,and milk in the fridge, which was so thoughtful and welcome after a long journey. Farmhouse had ample room for 6 adults and 2 small boys (who loved the dogs, horses and large garden!) Comfy beds, fluffy towels (Though we used our own towels forRead more the hot tub and beach. A wonderful cottage, very comfortable and well maintained. Ample space for 8 people both inside and outside. Lovely bed linen and super soft towels. Absolutely wonderful cottage, in a perfect setting on the livery farm. Owners are extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend for a quiet retreat. Hot tub is a bonus.

This is a lovely farmhouse in a great location! Made to feel so welcome on the farm and the family all enjoyed the friendly dogs and horses. Hot tub is a nice touch too. Lots of space for a large family and friends, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Highly recommend.

This farm house was a lot more than I had hope for. We were greeted with prosecco,welch cakes and a roaring fire, which was much appreciated as our journey was on rainy day. It is hard to tell you all the positives about this farm house in a short review. This is a great place to stay as you are part of a working livery farm. Views are great and it is easy to reach all the magnificent beaches on the Gower peninsula. Vivian the farmer is a wonderful and engaging host and you will also have the pleasure of eeting five dogs who live on the farm.

A lovely cottage, it accommodated 6 adults 1 child and our dog very nicely, plenty of space inside and out. Breathtaking views from the garden and to top it off the hot tub. The owner Viv was very friendly and there immediately to sort out any questions we may have had, on arrival we had a bottle of drink and some cakes which was a lovely touch. Viv and Claire were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The cottage is well equipped in the kitchen for the number of people with good sized pans, dishes and crockery, plus plenty of comfortable seating in both lounges.
