A smashing place to stay. Comfortable and cosy and as we stayed in October, central heating most welcome. Good places in Instow to eat and lovely flat walking, straight from the cottage.

Fantastic little cottage very well equipped. Only slightly got downside is the lack of parking near the cottage.

Absolutely lovely cottage, perfect location and greeted with a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge and handmade soaps on the bed. Very comfortable. Gardens quite small for our dog but lots of walks nearby. Dont worry about packing hairdryer, iron etc as theres everything you need already there. Looking forward to our next visit.

A perfect location and a beautifully appointed holiday cottage with a beautiful stretch of beach right at the end of the lane, where you can also take the dog. It was an impressively clean beach. Parking was not an issue- used the Old Quay Inn car park and left our registration number with the proprietor. We loved the area and the cottage.

Quay Close Cottage is lovely. Very well equipped and thoughtfully decorated. You get a combination of quaint oldness with modern appliances. The nearby pub and convenience store/deli/cafe called Johns are welcoming and helpful. We had an issue with the hot tub but the owners were quick to respond and attentive.

The place was beautifully finished and decorated with such a homely feel. The special touches like homemade soap and Prosecco in the fridge just made it all more special. Instow is wonderful, the people are so friendly. The beaches were much enjoyed by us and the dog! We can't wait to return next year.
