A relatively high-tech hut (it has a tv, flushing indoor toilet and EVERYTHING!), but still really peaceful and secluded. The brook was lovely to paddle in and the porch was great - could still be outside even through all of the rain. Lots of birds around, including a kingfisher! Seeing that was a definite highlight. All in all, a wonderful break fRead morerom reality. Hide

We had an amazing stay for our first wedding anniversary. The location is beautiful and secluded. Surrounded by fields, the hut is hidden away down your own private track. So much thought and care has gone into the construction and decoration of the hut; it's a cosy and comfortable little haven. The owners were great, not that we needed to contact Read morethem whilst we were there as they have thought of everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back. Hide

The wool washers hut was a perfect tranquil location with very good facilities especially for the size. The surrounding grounds including the stream were really pretty with the relaxing sound of water running over the weir. The cottage was completely isolated with no other buildings visible a totally idealistic spot .
