Take time to relax on the beach or visit one of the many cafes and bistros enjoying the stunning views across to St Michaels Mount. Centrally located in Marazion a beautiful village with independent stores and eateries. To the North lies the resort of St Ives, a favourite with artists for generations and a true surfing mecca. To the west lies Lands’ End and the beautiful beaches of Sennen Cove. Nearby Penzance is the largest town in the area with plenty of choice for those shopping days, restaurants and cinema. Catch a day trip to the Isles of Scilly on the Scillonian or visit endless National trust properties and beaches. Attractions in the area include beaches on the north and south coast, the Tate Modern in St Ives, Lands’ End, Poldark and Geevor Tin Mines and the open air Minack theatre.

Enter the main building through a door at street level leading you into the hall and up a flight of stairs to the apartment’s front door. The property is one of two apartments that are situated in the building. Upon arrival, enter this lovely holiday property which has all rooms leading off the central hallway. The main focal point is the bright and airy main reception room with large bay window and a seating arrangement enabling you enjoy the delightful sea views and sunsets. This is the perfect place to plan your days out and relax during your holiday. The kitchen is fully fitted and a perfect place to knock up a culinary delight. Equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine it will cater for all your needs. The bedroom, dressed in a light palette, provides a calm ambience in keeping with the rest of the property. Complete with a four-poster king-size bed, chaise longue, artwork and views over the square. The bathroom with a shower over bath and WC completes this excellent holiday apartment.

The view sells this Petra 2, south facing gets the sun all day. Easy walking distance from shops, cafe, pubs St Michaels Mount etc. Hourly bus stops outside to Penzance & Falmouth. Hard coastal path into Penzance takes under the hour to walk. Main supermarkets just over 1 mile away. Surprisingly the road is quite busy, hence traffic noise if you arRead moree not used to it. A tumble dryer would be an asset to dry towels/bedding after washing on a two week holiday. Parking outside, can be an issue. Hide

The apartment is stunning, clean and well stocked. The bed was so comfy and spacious bedroom with plenty storage space. The kitchen is home from home equipped and the views from the living room are stunning. Such a relaxing holiday and plenty to do around you.

A very nice apartment but unfortunately on the main road through Marazion which was busy and noisy due to bus stop right outside apartment. Also noise from pub opposite.

The property has of course a fabulous location with the bonus of parking but perhaps relies upon this too much and then other touches get forgotten that could elevate its quality. Feeling of the minimum is done on the property to get maximum return.

The views from the front room are amazing. We sat there most evenings just watching the tides changing. In the mornings we could see the line of people walking over to St Michael's Mount or playing on the beach. There is no outside seating area attached to the property but there are benches just down the lane that overlook the sea

Lovely spacious apartment with amazing views in a great location. Really nice beach plus restaurants and a few shops literally on your doorstep. So good to have a parking space as well as a regular bus service. Perfect !!
