Enjoy morning coffee or a BBQ on the patio with pretty flower borders listening to birdsong and embracing the view over the garden and beyond. Take a picnic in the orchard or by the two wildlife ponds and wander the 11 acres of grounds. If you are keen on cycling there is a lockable bike store available. Ample parking at the property. Please note the property is located in an 11 acre smallholding with sheep, working dogs and fowl, near to the owners home though privacy is assured. This is a no-smoking property.

we had a excellent week at the Swallows Rise, we really enjoyed have a tea in the morning watching all the birds on the feeder outside the window, the location is great to vist Warwick, Strafford and their are plent of national trust properties within easy access

Swallow rise in our opinion is a home from home. Sue and Matt are very welcoming, helpful yet not intrusive. The accommodation is warm, clean and well equipped. The peace and quiet is fantastic as is the location to many places to visit. We plan to return.
