The cottage is lovely, the wood burners make it very cosy in the evenings (on cold winter's days) and the location of the cottage is beautiful, it was lovely waking up to sheep in the field opposite every morning! The cottage was beautiful and situated far enough away from the busyness of life but also close enough to get to shops and places of interest. Listening to the birds and cows was lovely and the log burner in the front room made it really cosy. We visited Sidmouth which we loved and Honiton and went to Montacute House and Kingston Lacy National TrusRead moret which were well worth a visit. We would definitely come back and would have happily of stayed permanently! Hide

Beautiful cottage in a stunning location. Extremely well equipped property and really helpful housekeeper. Situated across the road from a dairy farm which may not appeal to vegans, as they may find it distressing.
