This stunning property nestles in a totally secluded and private setting in the grounds of the owners’ home, on the St Michael’s Way footpath, and just under two miles from the centre of St. Ives.

The beautiful, mile-long sandy beach at Carbis Bay famed for being one of Cornwall’s finest, forms part of the spectacular St Ives Bay. St Ives itself, is the quintessential Cornish location and boasts a picture-postcard harbour and beaches, a vast array of restaurants, pubs, shops and art galleries, including the renowned Hepworth Museum. From here, walkers can also enjoy access onto the South West Coast Path and enjoy exploring on foot. If you can tear yourself away from the immediate area, the whole of West Cornwall begs to be explored, including Lands’ End, Penzance, the Lizard Peninsula, St Michael's Mount and the famous Minnack open-air theatre, nestling into the cliffs edge, which hosts a variety of performances throughout the season.

Stepping into this stunning property you will find that all of the accommodation is arranged on one level. The superbly light hallway leads to the right and into the contemporary lounge/kitchen/diner, here a cosy sofa sits in front of a Smart TV with guest Netflix, DVD and wood burner, and bi-folding doors lead directly out onto the decking. There is also a lovely dining area next to the well-equipped kitchen with integrated appliances and this offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Heading back through the hallway to the other side of the property you will find the beautifully presented double bedroom, this also boasts a Smart TV and patio doors to outside. The final room inside the property is a stunning, fresh and contemporary bathroom where you can enjoy a soak in the freestanding bath and enjoy your favourite music on the Bluetooth speaker mirror. There is also a separate shower and WC.

Outside of the property and to the front, a large enclosed garden waits to be enjoyed and this comprises of a lawn, unfenced ornamental pond, tiered decked area, garden furniture and gas BBQ. There is also a lovely lookout terrace and from here you can see the sea at nearby Carbis Bay. Designated off-road parking for one car is provided. The property is accessed via an unmade lane.

Serenity is a beautiful well equipped holiday let, has everything you need, softest fluffy towels. Welcome pack was lovely, owners very nice and helpful. Lots to do and see nearby, stunning garden to chill out with the constant babble of running water from ponds and stream. Really is a amazing little hideaway. We loved our stay.

The cottage was perfect! Sleek and stylish but so homely. Air con the bedroom was a winner for us as we like it nice and cold! The owners could not have been more nice and helpful. The binder of activities of whats in the area was a big help.
