Lovely cottage, well equipped with everything you need. Comfortable. Be advised though the photos are old, garden is much more comfortable but the lounge recliner sofa is no longer there. The property is in a great location with easy access to the Peak District and Derbyshire Dales. There is a nice local pub and microbrewery 300 metres down the road. The house is lovely inside and has a relaxing patio area with a scenic countryside view. We really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend it.

Great location. Very clean. Both cottage and garden need major TLC. Damp patches on ceilings patchy paint work. Outside paint work shoddy. Broken pots/containers left in garden. Loose slates not a good base for dog areas. Not good value for money.
