This remarkable property has been fitted and furnished to a delightful standard, offering the perfect bolt hole for a family retreat. The beach is within a short car journey of your front door.

The immediate area has been classified as being an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the Jurassic Coast between Lyme Regis and Charmouth are only a short drive away. The pretty unspoilt seaside towns of Sidmouth and Exmouth are also well worth a visit. You will also be ideally placed for exploring the stunning cathedral city of Exeter which boasts a wide selection of shops and eateries. There are also a number of National Trust properties in the area well worth a visit including the Killerton Estate. Food fanatics will not be disappointed with the area being known for some great produce and a choice of well renowned pubs close by.

On entering this countryside retreat, to your right is the downstairs shower room with WC. Heading on down the corridor, take a couple of steps down to the utility area with washer/dryer, a great space for all the family to kick off their walking boots and tidy up before entering the property. Off the hallway is the first of the three bedrooms, a cosy twin with 3 ft beds. Leading on from here, down a couple of steps you enter into the beautiful and well-equipped country style kitchen, with electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and coffee machine. Leading off the kitchen is the spacious lounge area, which boasts a stunning red brick fire place with wood burner, a great place for all the family to gather and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV in front of the fire. Heading on upstairs you will find a well presented king-size bedroomand a further spacious double bedroom, the bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.

Heading outside the property, steps up to the garden, where guests can enjoy the large, enclosed orchard area, which has a garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ. To the rear of the property there is off-road parking for three cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Debbie was very welcoming and we had a pleasant 3 night stay. My husband and i stayed in the property and used the two, main bedrooms, as the double beds are too small to share, if one is tall. The location is very peaceful and a good nights sleep was no problem.

All in all a great stay in this beautiful place. The bedrooms and lounge area where comfortably furnished to a luxurious standard. Sadly there is only 1 walk close to the cottage although several places to get to by car.

Comfy and very clean accommodation. The orchard garden is great for sitting and relaxing in. Agree the fridge is small even with only 3 of us and the Wi-Fi is pretty much non-existent unless sitting on the bottom of the stairs, luckily you can generally get 4G. We had a great week though!

Beautiful spacious house, with nice walking countryside though no outlook from the house itself which was surrounded by car parking areas for nearby houses and businesses. Equipment not 100% brilliant, especially WiFi.

Lovely spacious cottage and well equipped. Huge enclosed orchard which is perfect for dogs to play in. Right in the middle of picturesque landscape and good walks nearby. Very comfortable beds and tasteful decor throughout.

Weve had a wonderful weeks stay at the Annex!! The property is so much larger than the photos show. The two upstairs bedrooms are beautiful and so spacious. The orchard garden, although separate to the property is vast and has great views! The location is perfect to visit all the seaside towns, local supermarkets near by, pubs, takeaways etc! Wow, what a wonderful place. Scrupulously clean and spacious. The large garden was great for our two dogs, one lab and one lab cross with plenty of room to run around as well as being secure! We went as 6 adults and would say that the 3rd bedroom isnt suitable for grownups. The twin beds were definitely child only. Charming cottage conveniently located to M5 making easy routes to coastal resorts and Cornwall. Spotlessly clean and nicely decorated creating a homely feel. Well equipped kitchen but no BBQ to be seen Outside seating area not close to the house but otherwise lovely place to stay

We stayed at The Annexe for the week and we couldnt fault it. It was immaculately clean, the owners were lovely, garden and view lovely. Perfect for dogs and ours are quite big but so much space. Location was great considering you were so close to the town but you would never know as it was so quiet. Kitchen was well equipt, had enough for us to coRead moreok a Sunday roast. The Annexe at Colebrooke Court is the 2-storey rear wing of a substantial house. The owners were welcoming and very helpful. The accommodation appeared to have been newly converted, and everything was in very good order. There is ample off road parking close by and, on one side of the property, a large open yard area enclosed by buildings mainly inRead more business uses.
