Lovely cottage. Owners next door, so that if there had been a problem, easily contacted. There was no need to bother them as everything was fine. Would recommend this property.

Great base for exploring all the area in all directions. Everything we needed was close to hand from shops to pubs. A week was enough to see all the things we had planned around Presteigne.

Character cottage in immaculate condition located in a fabulous little village- great for food lovers. Superb hosts met us on arrival and presented us with a lovely quiche and fruit meringue on arrival which was much appreciated after our flight from Portugal.

A lovely cottage, right in the centre of the town. Two minute walk from Spar supermarket and fish and chip shop. There were plenty of walks from the town which were well signposted. We found the Co-op supermarket in Kington well stocked. We travelled in a Freelander and you have to be very confident in reversing in order to park it in the courtyardRead more of the property Hide

The cottage was small but well equipped and the owners friendly and approachable. A bottle of Ludlow beer, bottle of red wine and a container of milk was left for us. Also had scones and cake from the owners during the week. Parking was by reversing through a narrow archway to the cottages, not much of a problem as the street is one way traffic so Read moreanything behind would have to wait. Hide
