Bright and airy two bedroom end terrace cottage with an enclosed garden. The property benefits from a fantastic location with many amenities on the doorstep to explore and enjoy.

Chapel-En-Le-Frith hosts a wide array of cafes, public houses and independent shops to explore. For walkers there are numerous trails across the Goyt Valley, Kinder Scout, Edale and for those seeking something a little more challenging, the beginning of the Pennine Way is nearby. Why not take a trip and explore the four show caves at Castleton, Peak Cavern, Speedwell Cavern, Treak Cliff Cavern and Blue John Mine. The stunning Chatsworth House, gardens and farm shop are a short drive away. The popular towns of Bakewell, Buxton, Matlock and Ashbourne are within easy reach.

Step into the cottage which leads you into the bright and fresh looking lounge with TV, comfortable sofa and chair and cosy electric wood burner, this is where the relaxing can begin. Head through into the kitchen which is stylishly decorated along with complimenting furniture and equipped with and electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a farmhouse dining table which provides you with all you need for a home away from home stay. From the kitchen there is a patio door that leads out of the kitchen through to the enclosed garden. Upstairs the property offers two spacious bedrooms, one double with a walk-in wardrobe and one twin. The spacious shower room offers a shower and WC.

Outside the property, it has an enclosed large patio area with pretty pot plants, seating and a charcoal BBQ, a great space for lazy summer evenings dining alfresco. There are two car parking spaces in the car park located next door to the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Buttercup Cottage is a fully equipped, modern end terrace which we have stayed in on two occasions. Stunning kitchen and bathroom. Good wi-fi connection. There is immediately adjacent off road parking for two cars and a sunny, enclosed paved garden. There is a bit of noise from the nearby bypass but we have not found this disturbing. Absolutely loved our stay here. It was like home from home, it had everything we needed and was in the perfect location for days out all over the Peak District. Cottage was delightful. Can understand previous comments about location to A6 but to be honest stopped noticing it by Day 2 and we sat outside every night given the amazing weather we had whilst there. Lovely large private patio area and separate BBQ area which was fantastic. Fab little welcome pack and got to meet the owner who is lovely... and a Read moretotal dog lover - who the dog took to straight away!! Would definitely book this cottage again without hesitation. We had a fantastic stay in the cottage, which was tidy, accessible with plenty of amenities. The welcome cake was top class. A lot of must-see places are so close to the cottage and I will recommend this for a great stay !

The house was clean and well equiped. Spacious enough for 4 of us. Parking was easy and key safe made access simple. Additional blankets and a lovely welcome hamper were much appreciated. The beds are very comfy and , despite being next to the road, was surprisingly quiet once inside. Enjoyed our short stay.

This is a lovely cottage. We found it had everything we needed for a lovely family weekend stay, even some games to entertain us in the evening. I would recommend it. It is close to the main road but as it was February this didn't bother us. The location is great for days out.
