Enjoy a day out shopping in Ashford at it’s fantastic designer outlet shopping centre. Explore historic Canterbury with the stunning cathedral, home of the Church of England and many National Trust properties including Chartwell, former home of Sir Winston Churchill, Knole House and Ightham Mote. For families, Port Lympe Wild Animal Park is close by or head to the coast and the family friendly beaches such as Dymchurch and Hythe, both of which can be accessed by the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch railway, or simply enjoy the Kent countryside with a stroll along The Royal Military Canal which is right on your doorstep.

An entrance hall welcomes you into this house and provides a useful space to leave boots and coats. The lounge beyond is inviting and cosy, with a wood burner, comfortable sofas, lamps and coffee tables. Here you’ll find a TV/DVD and family games for evenings in, while in the day you can enjoy views over to the rural surroundings and grazing cattle beyond. The kitchen/diner is light, airy and well-equipped with range style electric oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. A separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with views across the fields, a bathroom with a shower over bath and WC, and a cosy snug with sofa, TV and a selection of books. Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and amazing views across the countryside from the hall window.

Heading outside, there is a garden with table and chairs and charcoal BBQ for summer meals, and private parking for one car at the rear of the property. Occasionally guests will see the local farmers cows grazing in the neighbouring field and they have been known to wander in front of the property.
