A fantastic weekend break at Marwood Farm Cottage for a group of friends. Spacious cottage and great BBQ facility. Beautiful walk along the canal down to the beach at Hythe, starting just outside the farm. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely, well equipped cottage which feels like a real home rather than just a let. Great setting and very friendly owners who are right next door. Location is great with walking on the canal and fantastic walk up onto the hill behind the farm with amazing views. Had a great week and would definitely consider booking again.

Cottage was in a remote and in a pretty setting but not comfortable enough to really hang around in, which is part of the holiday for us. It was also quite dark and gloomy. Beds and sofa's were old and tired. No separate loo and basin which meant 5 adults had to carefully co-ordinate bathroom needs in the morning. Really only suitable for 2 adults Read moreand 3 young children. Covered area of garden with BBQ was nice. Safe garden for dogs and children. Need 2 cars for 5/6 adults - not encouraged. Hide

Cottage is the ideal get away from it all location, perfect base to explore the Kent and East Sussex countryside. We found the cottage to be spacious and well equipped and would have no hesitation recommending.

A beautiful and welcoming farm cottage in a quiet setting, where we felt safe. We enjoyed waking to the mooing of cows and breakfasting in the comfortable covered BBQ area, whatever the weather. The owners live next door and are friendly, helpful hosts. Being able to park near the front door for unloading or loading the car was a definite plus.

We had a lovely stay here , very friendly and accommodating hosts- would recommend for a nice rural getaway (and not far from the coast either) . Plus if you have young kids ( specifically girls) there are kids toys there too.

Amazing location, so rural. Fantastic house and couldn't ask for a better holiday home. Great hosts - there if you need them but don't intrude on your stay.
