There is also a convenient cloakroom with WC on this top floor of the property, which is located just off the landing at the top of the stairs.
The large balcony off the first-floor lounge is the main outside space, but guests will definitely not feel that they are missing out on having a garden, thanks to the balcony’s fantastic position. A table and chairs have been provided, making it the perfect spot for romantic meals, or drinks as the sun goes down. There is one private, allocated parking space for guests’ use which is located up to a ten minute walk from the house.
