A perfect choice for large family holidays or special celebrations, this spacious holiday home has everything you need for a fantastic seaside getaway.

Conveniently located in a peaceful cul-de- sac, the property sits adjacent to the parks of Furzeham Green, perfect for exercising dogs and for children to happily play. Take to the nearby coastal path to discover spectacular sea views and sheltered bays, whilst a ten minute stroll will take you to Brixham harbour where you will find a selection of boat trips, seafood restaurants and boutique shops – just perfect for a relaxing day.

The property has been decorated and furnished to reflect its history, with many original features retained from fireplaces to flooring. An entrance hallway welcomes you into the property and leads you through to the spacious open-plan living room, which features wooden flooring, a large bay window and original fireplace. Separated into two areas to accommodate all guests, at one end you will find a TV, DVD player, sofa and chairs while at the other, bookshelves and comfortable seating sets the scene for a relaxing afternoon’s reading. With a glass roof, the kitchen offers a sunny and tranquil space for preparing meals and includes a range-style electric oven, gas hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and bread maker. Once prepared, enjoy meals in the dining room next door, which features a terracotta tiled floor and large table to seat eight guests. A large utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and large drying area for wetsuits. Make your way upstairs to find two double bedrooms, both enjoying beautiful views together with a twin bedroom, all with plenty of storage. At the top of the house the attic room, a king-size master suite, boasts Velux windows and spectacular harbour views. There are 4 bathrooms: 1 family (walk-in) shower room, 2 en-suite shower rooms, and 1 en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower."

To the front of the property there is a gravelled driveway to park one car and a pretty planted area with a bench. To the rear you will find an attractive enclosed courtyard garden with table and chairs, BBQ, beautifully stocked beds and an enclosed carport providing parking for another car. There is also ample roadside parking.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Please note there is a refundable £150 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

  • Brixham is busy fishing village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.

The only positives are it is spacious and has good facilities for dogs. There are many negatives relating to cleanliness and equipment about which I have formally complained.
