Located just a stone’s throw from Brixham harbour, this property is well-positioned for making the most of its many attractions. Jump on board a boat to explore this stunning stretch of coastline or stay on dry land to browse the many independent shops, restaurants and cafes that line the harbour. The coast path links Brixham to sheltered coves and pretty villages, promising jaw-dropping views along the way.

Beautifully converted for contemporary family life, this quirky building is full of character and history, with a tall, thin structure built to accommodate and manufacture Brixham’s sail boats. The property is entered via the first floor, where steps lead from a welcoming entrance hall with WC up to the main lounge. At one end, the sleek kitchen area features a wooden floor, electric oven, fridge/freezer, electric hob, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Once prepared, enjoy meals at the round table together before relaxing on one of the comfortable sofas or beanbag to indulge in a good book from the bookcase or a film from the selection of DVDs available. With French doors opening onto a balcony beyond, this is a sunny and bright room with a tranquil feel. Downstairs on the lower ground floor there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. While the double benefits from an en-suite shower room and TV, the twin has access to the contemporary family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. At the top of the house, the master bedroom is an impressive and inviting room with a vaulted ceiling, double bed, plenty of storage space and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. Also on this floor is a single bedroom, also with a vaulted ceiling and space for a travel cot if required.

Step outside from the lounge area and onto a sunny south-facing balcony. Featuring an original stone wall and a stunning view across the town, there is a good-sized table and chairs for enjoying al fresco meals in warm weather.

The accommodation was very comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us. The location was perfect for coastal walks and there were plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops. We had a lovely time!

Well placed in Brixham to enjoy all of the amenities that the town offers. Very close to shops and harbour. With the property being on 3 floors, everyone felt they had space (we had 6 adults, a 3-year old and a baby). Excellent, comfortable layout and furniture.

Clean, modern and well equipped property really close to the harbour. Had all the essentials we needed, and more! Small outdoor space was perfect for the sunshine. Superb cottage, very comfortable and spacious. We were a party of three couples and it was perfect for us. Great holiday cottage with a short walk into Brixham. Theres a fantastic chippy called Simply Fish and Chips and a great restaurant called On the Rocks Smokehouse and Grill. Both are worth a go. The house itself is split over 3 levels and has a bathroom on each. Beds are comfy and our whole party thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Theres no parking at Read morethe house but a large car park at the bottom of the hill. Mobile signal is good and Wi-fi is available in the house. Hide

This is a fabulous cottage with ample space (we were 4 adults and 2 children). The location is brilliant - just a hop, skip and a jump to the harbour. Parking is a little way from the house (as it is for most houses) but we didn't need a car the whole time we were there. Lots of great restaurants, great crabbing and friendly seals to boot. Beautiful home with plenty of bedroom space, very close to all the shops, restaurants and the harbour. Well equipped with stunning light master bedroom, a lovely stay. Coastal walks, Dartmore and Dartmouth are all wonderful trips we enjoyed. Do look online for pre paid long stay parking before you arrive as this will save you money and hassle. We had a lovely week at this property. Five adults stopped at this property and we all had plenty of room. The location was excellent for the town or the harbour and The Manor Pub just across the road was an added bonus. We will definitely stay at this property again. x
