Approached via a single flight of external stairs, this apartment has been newly refurbished throughout. Leave coats, boots, and bags in the hallway before continuing through to the spectacular contemporary living space. With hardwood flooring, oak doors and brand-new appliances, this open-plan room is light, bright and beautifully presented. At one end, a chic kitchen with metro tiles and shaker style units contains a built-in oven, halogen hob, built-in microwave, integrated dishwasher, fridge with a freezer compartment and a washing machine. The large dining table beyond seats six guests, while a comfortable corner sofa enjoys sunlight through the windows to the front of the apartment. Settle down with a good book or make the most of the wall-mounted TV. Decorated in a nautical theme, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, two windows and a TV. The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and a wall-mounted TV, while the third bedroom is perfect for children with full-size bunk beds, a door to the rear patio and a further TV for watching morning cartoons. The bedrooms share a stylish family bathroom featuring metro tiles, a wet-room shower, WC and wash basin.

Outside there is a rear patio for enjoying alfresco drinks.

  • Brixham is busy fishing village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.
  • Many of the amenities and cottages in Brixham are accessed via steps some of which can be steep.

  • There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Brixham do not have private parking. However, alternative parking is available in local carparks.

We often stay in Brixham 2 to 3 times year, have stayed in several holiday rentals across the years. Sea bass apartment is in prime location that suits our needs to be near the harbour.

A great, high end rental apartment. Very clean on arrival, nice touches such as cookies, milk, tea, coffee and miniature toiletries provided. Warm and comfortable. We were a party of 2 adults, 2 children and a small dog, might have struggled for comfortable seating had there been more adults as lounge/sofa is small. Lovely apartment and perfect location, if you dont mind a bit of noise and bustle. It was the perfect location for us, close to numerous shops and restaurants. The Simply Fish restaurant and takeaway are outstanding and the staff so friendly and helpful. Great for kids as we found plenty to do, some lovely natural beaches within walking distance, aRead more wildlife boat trip and crabbing. We didnt actually leave Brixham for our whole stay.
