Excellent accommodation for what we required. We were out most days and evenings so did not really use the property to its full potential.

Great find. A little walk to the town centre but we loved that. Comfortable and everything we needed!

The house was well fitted out all mod cons, close to beach and a short drive to shops and amenities.

The house is lovely, bright and very spacious with an inviting little back garden where you can enjoy your alfresco breakfast. It is very well equipped. We had a very enjoyable walk round Torquay and also used it as a base to visit Dartmouth, Sidmouth and Totnes.

The property was really lovely but the position is what made the holiday for us, less than 5 minutes to the beach or the South West Coastal path and only a short walk to the lovely Torquay, brilliant safe garden for our dog and w didn't have any problem parking.
