This spacious, south-facing, semi-detached Georgian property adjoining the owner's home has a wealth of period features and is perfect for both groups of friends and families alike, a warm welcome awaits but privacy is assured. The beaches at Weston Super Mare, Burnham on Sea and Brean down are a short drive away and have dog friendly areas. Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole and Glastonbury Tor are all within easy reach. The city of Wells, famous for its beautiful cathedral, boutique shops and restaurants also offers a great day out and slightly further afield you’ll find the popular cultural city of Bath, well-known for its Roman baths. There is a wealth of activities in the local area, but once home (under the supervision of the owners) guests are welcome to help feed the chickens, ducks and other animals and help collect fresh eggs.

Enter the property into the kitchen/diner where you will find the electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast bar. From here you will enter the lobby area to your left, there is the WC with the utility room straight ahead of you featuring a washing machine, coin operated tumble dryer, separate freezer and wine rack. This then leads to the downstairs shower room with electric shower. Located on the ground floor is one double bedroom in addition to the large lounge featuring a cosy wood burner, here you can snuggle down and watch the Smart TV and Blu-ray DVD player. From the lounge you will enter the Georgian hallway leading to the bottom of the original period staircase. Heading up the stairs from the galleried landing are four bedrooms, a master king-size with bunk beds for children only and a flat screen TV (can be made in twin beds for adult use, upon request at the time of booking) one double and one twin with washbasin. On this floor, you will also find a bathroom which features a shower over the corner bath and WC.

To the front of the property sits a large, enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Enjoy the variety of garden games on offer. There is ample parking directly outside the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
