On entering this unusual former fisherman’s cottage, at street level you are greeted by an entrance hall with three bedrooms, a king-size, a double and a 2’6” twin bedroom. There is also a shower room with shower and WC, to refresh you for the day. Heading down the open tread staircase (with low head height), to the lower ground floor you are wowed by the panoramic estuary views from the large open-plan lounge/diner. Relax on the comfy corner sofa, watch your favourite TV show on the Smart TV - if you can tear yourself away from the view, or cosy up in front of the wood burner effect gas fire. The large picture window makes this a bright and light area. The dining area has an extending table and chairs with plenty of room to dine comfortably. The kitchen is well-equipped for all budding chefs with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer as well as a dishwasher. There is a useful separate WC with utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Stepping outside, there is a six metre terrace with space for all ages to relax . Enjoy al fresco meals with the charcoal BBQ and garden furniture allowing you to enjoy the panoramic view of the estuary across to Instow. There is roadside parking nearby and public car park available, subject to availability and please note local charges apply. Please note the sea wall is at waist height and so care is needed with young children and dogs.
