You will be within easy reach of the pretty coves and fishing villages that hug the south Cornish coast, including Looe and Polperro, and slightly further afield the expansive beach of Whitsand Bay. Outdoor enthusiasts and their four legged friends will also be in their element exploring the South West Coast Path and scenic Bodmin Moor, or visiting the picture postcard Lanreath and Lerryn where you can enjoy a relaxed pub lunch and river walks to nearby Fowey. Other attractions accessible from here include Sibleyback Lake, Cardinham Woods and Lanhydrock House.

Step inside this stunning property and you will firstly find yourself in the beautifully presented kitchen/diner. This great sociable space has been impeccably styled and offers the perfect venue for a relaxed meal after a day exploring. The kitchen area is also perfectly appointed and boasts an array of appliances including an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher and also a washing machine. From the dining area venture into the cosy lounge which has also been lovingly styled and offers comfy sofas arranged around a coal effect electric fire, and Smart TV with Bluetooth sound bar. The pretty bedrooms which make up the rest of the accommodation, are located on the other side of the kitchen/diner, the first of which is a luxurious double bedroom with a Smart TV and en-suite with bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Located next to this a twin bedroom means that this property is a perfect option for families as well as couples. A light and fresh family shower room with shower and WC completes the offering inside the property.

Venturing outside, further highlights await in the shape of a glass fronted enclosed decked balcony with stunning views, garden furniture and a hot-tub. Here you can dine alfresco during warm weather whilst soaking up the stunning scenery, and the hot-tub is a brilliant way to relax after a day exploring the South West Coast Path. Ample private off-road parking is also provided. You also have access to on-site shared facilities (some seasonal) including play park, games room, soft play, heated indoor pool with Jacuzzi (open all year), cafe and bar with Barista style coffee, snacks/meals (closes 9pm), and takeaway open at weekends from Easter to end October and six days a week in school holidays).
