Attractive ground-floor apartment with a private courtyard garden, is located in the centre of the seaside town of Eastbourne, with easy access to the beach and a short drive from the South Downs and Beachy Head.

This apartment enjoys a central location in the traditional seaside resort of Eastbourne, with its wide beach, famous Victorian pier, and bustling marina. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and tearooms, including several venues located in the restored pier. Just half a mile away is the iconic Grand Hotel, where non-resident guests are able to enjoy afternoon tea, dinner, or perhaps book a spa day. The town also marks the beginning of the South Downs Way, and visitors won’t want to miss the stunning two-mile walk to Beachy Head. Other attractions in the local area include Drusillas Zoo Park, the historic town of Lewes, and Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway.

Off the front hall, there is a spacious lounge with a large bay window with dining table, feature fireplace, two comfortable sofas, and a TV - a wonderfully relaxing space for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. Moving through to the kitchen, guests will find everything they need to prepare their favourite dishes, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. The property has two bedrooms, the first of these is a delightful king-size room with a door leading outside, and the second bedroom is a pretty single room which overlooks the garden and benefits from an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and WC. The main bathroom, meanwhile, offers a shower over bath and WC.

Outside, there is a courtyard garden to the rear of the property which is accessed from the kitchen, with table and chairs as well as a selection of potted plants. A gate in the garden leads through to the private, off-road parking area, with allocated parking for one car. Please note this is a limited parking space, so it is not suitable for a large car or for any guests with mobility needs.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Lovely spacious apartment, very clean and excellently equipped, a true home from home. Walled outside space with table and seating and plants, real sun trap. Very close to restaurants, pubs, and a great choice of shops. Short walk to seafront (about 8 minutes) and promenade. Did not need to use the car during our week stay.

Really great place to stay, close to the seafront, town centre and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. Having the two bathrooms was a great bonus as well as the courtyard. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfy. Would love to stay again.

A lovely apartment in a great location. We couldnt fault the quality and it had everything we needed. The parking space was a bonus and we would definitely stay again.

We had to cancel and book this accommodation at the the last minute and it was lovely being so close to the sea. Everything was on the doorstep and the place had was well kept , modern apart from the dishwasher and microwave which still worked fine. It was comfortable and spacious, and so we made a good choice.

Loved this apartment very spacious, really central but the area is quiet, having a parking space was good I have a zafira parked it fine. I found the apartment well equipped, could not have asked for any more for a weeks holiday.

Nice, spacious apartment in a perfect position. Shops, transport, restaurants, sea front all within a few minutes walk, and yet very peaceful at night. You could easily spend a week here without needing to use the car. Would definitely use again!

Olive Tree Apartment is well-appointed, spacious and comfortable. Nice and quiet. The outside space and "conservatory" outside kitchen are lovely. We very much enjoyed cooking and eating there. Lovely flat in a very good location, near restaurants, pubs and the shops. We had a very nice week, weather was brilliant too! Took our disabled aunt who also enjoyed it. Parking at the rear is useful but quite tight, the other flats had tenants who had used both spaces when we arrived - they offered to move the car after we had been there a while Read morebut we parked at the front - disabled badge appeared to give free all day parking so worth knowing. This is a delightful ground floor flat, well fitted out with good quality items. Ideal for anybody with mild mobility problems as it is very conveniently situated and everything on one floor. Very clean and comfortable.

Fantastic central location, walking distance to the pier, near bus stops for coastal routes, shopping centre, cafes etc. Pizza Express only 5 minutes away on corner of road (need to book for dinner as is busy). Main bathroom is next to double bedroom, shower room is en suite to single room. Parking space is very tight if you have a "Chelsea TractorRead more". Our Honda Jazz was just about ok. Hide

We had a very comfortable holiday here at olive tree apartment and would go again, but we were promised clean linen for our second week and it didn't arrive, but that was the only fault.
