Take in the peace and tranquillity as you arrive at the front door of the converted bull pen, stepping into the porch where you are invited to leave your muddy boots behind. The kitchen forms part of the original bull pen and is brimming with original wooden beams and is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and air fryer. A breakfast table takes centre stage and is the perfect base for planning the day ahead. There is a utility room with washing machine additional fridge/freeze and room for dogs to dry off, along with a shower and WC. Step into the lounge which is warm and welcoming with an open fire, cosy sofas, exposed beams and TV/DVD. This area opens onto the dining room where a large wooden table with solid wooden chairs takes centre stage ready for any celebration meal. There is access from the dining room to a snug with TV and sofa bed for occasional guests. When it’s time to say goodnight climb the stairs where you will find a further double with en-suite shower room and WC, two super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms (which can be made up as twins on request) and a further family room with a double bedroom and additional single bed. The cottage is surrounded by mature gardens where you will find a covered seating area and BBQ for dining, a fire pit and a number of benches where you can enjoy the sun. There is also a 2 acre enclosed area for dogs, a tennis court, table tennis, secure bicycle storage and washing facilities. There is off-road parking for five cars.
