What a wonderful quirky place March cottage is. Great location (although tricky to find and parking at the house not for the faint hearted or big cars). The interiors are all beautiful and lots of small details have been thought of to make this a more homely place than lots of rental properties. Would highly recommend a stay here.

The cottage is so cute and welcoming. The stairs are very steep, so probably not best for people with mobility issues, however the stairs form part of the wonderful character of this property. The cottage is well situated away from the main road, and despite how much traffic goes through Goudhurst, you can't hear it from the cottage or its garden. overall a nice cottage in a great location for travelling to different tourist spots. Parking a bit of a nuisance but you get used to it. Nearby pubs with good food. Great long walk to Scotney castle especially if you have dog, even longer if you get a bit lost like we did.

The description is accurate, this is important . We used the cottage for a family get together, foraging, cooking and board games ( as well as watching a world cup final). The cottage is perfect for this, cosy and practical.

This is a pleasant cottage in an excellent location, unfortunately it is NOT SUITABLE for those with dodgy knees or tall people. My husband is 6ft. 4ins. and it was very difficult to move around apart from the down stair shower room and the down stairs living room.
