Single-storey cottage sleeping up to six guests, enjoying a seafront location in the village of Seasalter, just outside the vibrant seaside town of Whitstable.

This property is situated a fantastic seafront location on Kent’s east coast in the village of Seasalter, known for its excellent gastropub. The nearby town of Whitstable, meanwhile, is situated just two miles around the bay and is a fantastic destination for foodies, as it is awash with pubs, restaurants, and cafes, many of which specialise in locally-caught seafood, including the oysters for which the town is famous. The town is also home to a great range of independent boutiques, and has a thriving arts scene, with a number of galleries and workshops, as well a theatre.


The first thing that guests will notice when they arrive at this property are the fantastic panoramic sea views which can be enjoyed from the cottage’s open-plan living space which comprises a lounge/kitchen/diner. There are two comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa-bed accommodation two additional guests, as well as a TV/DVD for guests to enjoy and a new wood burner. The kitchen area overlooks the lounge and is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, and washing machine. This is a single-storey property, so both bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, the first of which is a pleasant double room, whilst the other is a bunk bedroom which may suit younger guests. The bathroom has a shower-over-bath, next to which is a separate WC.


Outside, the property enjoys an enclosed seafront terrace with a table and chairs, and two sun loungers, providing a wonderful space from which to enjoy the sea views and the fresh sea air. There is parking available for two cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
