House was lovely. Home from home. Very modern equipment and style. Coffee machine was a treat. Bathroom and kitchen had all equipment needed. Beds were comfy. Smart tv and Netflix was great. Lovely view from the summer house. Nice outside seating.

Best holiday cottage we have stayed in. Comfortable, well-equipped home from home with all mod cons. Great location (10 mins walk to fab beach, with lots of sand, rockpools, waterpark, cafe etc..) with lots more to do locally with the kids (pier, shops, walks). Sea views from top deck make steps worthwhile. Highly recommend Paignton Zoo (so close aRead morend best zoo visited), Totnes and Brixham (beautiful working harbour, crabbing and delicious f&c from Brixham Fish. Cockington for old world charm. The cottage was immaculate, clean, lots of little extras which we were not aware of, and we really didnt want to leave. It felt like home for a week. Bit of a walk to Paignton beach, but Goodrington is down the road one way and the zoo the other way so a good position. Overall we had a lovely time.

We had a fantastic time at Sandy Toes cottage. The property is very well equipped with everything you could need. Very clean and perfect for a family of four. The location of the house is perfect for exploring Paignton, Brixham and Torquay. We had a super time!

me and my partner have been to sandy toes twice now and both times have been absolutely perfect, the property is beautiful and features amazing views of the sea, it is ideally located in the centre of Torbay making many places very accessible, the facilities are also very good and easy to use, the manager of the property Ms. Harding is lovely and mRead moreade it very clear that anything we needed she would provide. would definitely recommend this property for couples and families on holiday. Lovely bungalow which has been furnished to a high standard. They have thought of everything ( small torches in every room) and in the summer the outdoor space would be well utilised. Beds very comfortable and our five year old loved it so would definitely stay again.
