Period house attached to the owners residence, which is full of character with pretty garden situated near Pendine, with Pendine Sands, Laugharne and Tenby close by. Just perfect for a relaxing or action-packed holiday with friends and family.

This pretty village is just a short drive to Laugharne, famous for the Welsh poet Dylan Thomas, visit his Boat House or the majestic castle, spend time on the beach or enjoy a bite to eat. Head south to the seaside harbour towns of Saundersfoot or Tenby with boutique style shopping and an array of eateries and sandy beaches. Explore the museums, castles, gardens, family attractions and fantastic coast and countryside of beautiful Pembrokeshire. Embrace the views and wildlife along the 186 miles of scenic coastal path. There is so much to see and do from this delightful house it is a perfect base for your holiday. This imposing Georgian semi-detached house is full of period features and original charm.

As you enter the west wing there is plenty of space for your coats and boots in the utility room with washing machine. The kitchen/diner has plenty of space to rustle up a meal and is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The dining area has a table which is perfectly positioned to gather around to enjoy a bite to eat and plan your activities for your stay. Walking through to the lounge, relax on the sofas and catch up with each other or for cosy nights in, light the open fire and lose yourself in a good book or watch a film on the TV. Heading upstairs to the first floor, the bedrooms have a light and airy feel with views over the garden. Choose from the double, twin or single bedrooms. Along the corridor is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

To the front of the house is a lawn, shrubs and trees with open views and an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio furniture and BBQ. There is private parking for three cars, ample space for bikes and canoe. Please note the property is attached to the owner’s home though privacy is assured at all times.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
