Stayed at the Gate House for a week in October. The accommodation was 5 star, sympathetically renovated in keeping with the age of the building, with a touch of luxury. The grounds are immaculate and it was lovely seeing the resident peacock! We had a delicious meal in The Rams Head in the village and would thoroughly recommend. An absolutely amazing property, which to us most definitely had the wow factor! The gardens are wonderful, complete with a peacock, who said the occasional hello to us.
