This is an ideal base for those looking to explore this beautiful area which has so much to see. Within an easy drive are St Ives to the west, Newquay to the east and the Eden Project to the south. Perranporth, a popular seaside resort, is just a short drive and is renowned for its golden sands, surfing beaches and amazing coast paths. The village of St Agnes lies just two miles away and boasts some fine eateries, stunning scenery and for the experienced walkers amongst you, take a moment to breathe some new life into your walking boots for a trip to the local inn, a mile from the cottage.

Upon arrival this stunning rural location is set just inland from the coast, relax and unwind as your holiday begins. Enter the property into the cottage style kitchen, perfect for all your holiday home cooking requirements. The kitchen has an electric range style oven and induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Just off from the kitchen is the ground floor bathroom with bath and WC and a utility area with washing machine. The lounge provides the focal point for the property with a central feature fireplace and wood burner, cosy up on those winter nights and for the enthusiast there is Sky TV at the opposite end you will find the dining table able to seat 6 people. From the lounge, a door leads into the orangery which is a perfect area to take in the beautiful garden views and relax, a fantastic spot to enjoy the chocolate box style cottage garden. A central staircase leads you to the first floor where the bedrooms and the shower room is located. This three bedroom property consists of one superking, one double and one twin. Completing the accommodation is the shower room with WC.

Heading outside take time to relax in the garden with a family BBQ area and re-connect in true Cornish style with some peace and tranquillity to sounds of the stream running by. The owners accommodation is attached to the property however, there are no shared facilities. There is off-road parking for two cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Very cosy and comfortable and the big gardens are so natural and beautiful, you can sit in the large conservatory and watch Squirrels, Ducks and many different woodland and garden birds coming and going and just outside - a true delight. 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 good bathrooms, all set in such a peaceful valley location but so close to so many pRead morelaces. Quirky cottage (low ceilings, a little tight for our family of 5) in a lovely location. Easy access to Perranporth Beach by bike, walk. A chocolate box cottage in a great location with everything you should need. The wood burner made the cottage even more appealing. The grounds are stunning and well maintained. The owner Graham was the perfect and most charming host and couldn't do enough for us during our stay. He took time to decorate the cottage for Christmas putting up a ChristRead moremas tree and lights which really made it special and welcoming. Blowing house cottage is set in a beautiful rural location. The host who lives next door is very welcoming and friendly which made our stay even better. My family and I had a fabulous well earned relaxing stay. Close to Perranporth and within walking distance to a pub what more could you ask for !

Beautiful cottage, very well presented and equipped, has everything what you need for holiday. Great gardens with beautiful trees. In the morning you can enjoy to listening birds and in the evening nearby stream.

Fantastic cottage set in 4 hectares of private gardens within short distance of perranporth. The cottage was beautiful well equipped with really comfortable beds and a great power shower. The orangery and gardens are fabulous, well looked after and very peaceful. The owner, Graham, was a real delight. So helpful, friendly and kind, it was great having him close by. He gently made recommendations which all proved to be spot on. Graham is a great host, the cottage is beautiful and respectfully restored with all mod cons. Relaxing gardens help to unwind. Perranporth beach is within easy reach. Highly recommend this property.

The cottages with its very private large garden was super. Even when there was an on-shore wind the garden was sheltered and very pleasant to sit in. Graham is a very welcoming host and provided us with a very extensive hamper, including clotted cream and dog treats. Graham lives next door in the property with the apex window.
