This stunning barn conversion nestles on the edge of a complex of five holiday properties, which boast expansive countryside views and is perfectly placed for touring the whole of Cornwall and Devon.

Head towards the north coast and you will discover the coastline is populated with must see destinations including ever popular Padstow, a must for all seafood lovers and home of Rick Stein’s famed restaurant and the picture postcard Port Isaac. There are also some fabulous expansive beaches on offer at Bude and Crackington Haven. The unspoilt south coast of Cornwall is also accessible from here and boasts an array of scenic coves and picturesque fishing villages to enjoy, such as Mevagissey, Looe and Polperro. Other attractions and places of interest include Dartmoor National Park, Bodmin Moor, The Eden Project, Tamar Otter Park and Wildwood, the Camel Trail, and Launceston Steam Railway.

On entering this single-storey barn conversion, you will firstly find yourself in a spacious, light and bright lounge/kitchen/diner with a vaulted ceiling and lovely original beams. This large room provides a great flexible space for families to eat, rest and play, boasts a Smart TV and fabulous views of the countryside. The kitchen area is well-equipped and offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The rest of the accommodation is arranged on the same level, making this a great property for all ages and comprises of three beautiful bedrooms. These consist of a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with TV and en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower over bath and WC, (this can be accessed separately via the hallway). There is also two king-size bedrooms with an en-suite shower and WC.

Heading outside to a large enclosed patio area with garden furniture and gas BBQ which is provided, allowing you to make the most of this stunning location. There’s also a large garden area shared with the other properties and a play area for children where they can have fun on the slide and trampoline. A shared on-site utility room is provided which offers washing machines, tumble dryers and an additional fridge/freezer. There is ample private off-road parking provided directly outside too.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Beautiful converted barn situated in a working farm. The barn had beautiful views accross the fields. We saw the sheep grazing most days. The property has all the required ammenities and was well stocked. The barn was situated ideally for the areas of Cornwall & Devon we wanted to visit. Beautifully finished property with all the comforts of home. We appreciated not having to bring tea towels, washing up equipment and toilet rolls. This was our second visit and we would definitely go again.

Lovely property, well equipped, well furnish, very clean. The bonus was on our arrival finding a cream tea waiting for us, what a lovely touch. Lisa the owner very approachable and nothing was too much trouble.

We couldnt fault the property or location. This is a new barn and its nicely out of the way from any roads and other barns on the site making it nice and quiet. We would love to live there full time ,we were that impressed. Will definitely go back

This collection of holiday cottages is perfect if you are having an extended family break. We took two cottages and they were ideally placed for us to explore Cornwall. The owners were incredibly hospitable and the onsite amenities were amazing. Relaxing and very enjoyable holiday location.

This is a spectacular place to stay. The renovated barn has everything you could ask for. From a welcome Cornish cream tea to a friendly people. The barn itself has everything you need to enjoy your stay. My parents have mobility problems and easy parking and all on the one level plenty room in showers and very comfortable beds. It is a fantastic place to stay, everything you need is there at your hand. Beautiful bedrooms, showers, lounge come kitchen. Cannot fault it, would recommend definitely.
