This stylish and contemporary property offers chic accommodation and is set in an enviable location with fantastic countryside views, within walking distance to Camber Sands beach.

Located close by to Camber Sands, guests can walk to the vast expanse of soft golden sands and extensive dunes, which offer some excellent walks, water sports and safe swimming. Hop in the car for a short drive and you’ll find yourself in medieval Rye, where historic cobbled streets are lined with galleries, cafes and pubs, bursting with character and old-world charm. Also within a short drive is an altogether different seaside location, with the shingle beach at Dungeness. Famous for its wild beauty and dramatic skies, Dungeness is not just popular with wildlife enthusiasts, but also with photographers and artists.

Stepping inside to the small hallway with space for dropping off sandy shoes, buckets and spades. A separate door provides internal access to the garage, and a single flight of stairs that leads up to the apartment. A door leads into the bright and airy lounge/diner, a great space for relaxing after a busy day at the beach, with sofa and two comfy armchairs and a TV/DVD. Family meals can be enjoyed at the dining table with seating for four, with wonderful views over the Romney Marsh from the Juliet balcony, providing a great place to sit with a coffee and a good book. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a family meal with an electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. When you are ready for a good night's sleep, there are two bedrooms, a king-size with TV and a twin. Completing the accommodation is the stylish bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Heading outside there is a decked area with views across the Romney Marsh with table and chairs, perfect for a spot of al fresco dining. Parking is available for one small car in the garage or alternatively there is unrestricted roadside parking. The garage also offers bike storage and a separate utility room with a freezer, tumble dryer and space for hanging wetsuits.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Lovely location, just a 5 min walk from camber beach with a really lovely pub in walking distance. 10 min drive to rye. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a relaxing week away, would be ideal for a family of four.

Lovely nicely decorated flat in a quiet area! Spacious and light with great views over fields! Garage to store bikes was very welcome! Short walk to beach and dunes, nice pub ! we had a fantastic time and will be back!

Smith's loft is so cozy ,clean and bright. Beautiful camber beach is 2 minutes away, we had our dog with us so having the field beside us was fab and hearing the sheep was a welcome wake up call. Great location for hastings, dymchurch, winchelsea etc. Will definitely return again

This apartment is in a fantastic location , The cottage is comfortable and there is ample storage. Neither TVs worked on our stay. We were told that the signal wasnt very good when we contacted the owner. Perhaps a better aerial could be invested in? There is not ample roadside parking. As an estate the roads a very narrow and you cant park easily Read morewithout blocking someone in. Cleaning could be massively improved. Hide

Really enjoyed our stay at Smiths Loft. It is a really neat apartment that has been very tastefully decorated and furnished. It is in a really good location being about ten minutes walk to the beautiful beach at Camber Sands. The lovely town of Rye is also only about ten minutes drive away. The small garage is ideal for surfer, cyclists or people with very snall cars. The loft is ideal for a couple or small family. Camber is a gorgeous quiet place for a getaway.
