Alfriston Clergy House, the first National Trust property is a short walk from your front door and the area is famed for its local vineyards including the Rathfinney Wine Estate and the English Wine Centre, whilst this is the perfect base from which to explore the Sussex coastline, with the beach at nearby Seaford only five miles away.

Walk through to the wonderfully light and airy lounge which offers the ideal place to relax after a long walk, on the comfy sofa and armchairs. Enjoy a spot of reading at the small desk which overlooks the village green or enjoy a good film on the Smart TV. On chilly evenings light the open fire and curl up with a glass of wine to plan the following days’ adventures. The kitchen/diner leads off the lounge and is a great place to entertain. The well-equipped kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and a washing machine. The dining table and eight chairs are perfect for family get togethers. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor where there are three bedrooms, a king-size, a double and a single with views over the green. The bathroom offers a shower over bath and a WC, and there is an additional cloakroom with WC off the entrance hall.
