The lake is an excellent place to enjoy a host of watersports and activities ranging from kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, to sailing and motorboating. The mountainside landscape around the lake naturally lends itself to a range of land-based pursuits, ranging from climbing and hiking at the Old Man of Coniston to gorge scrambling and mountain biking. For a more leisurely day trip, take a cruise on the National Trust owned Victorian steam yacht which runs around the lake, departing from Coniston Pier.
On arrival at this semi-detached property, guests will find a warm welcome awaits in the lounge, a delightful room with wooden floors, a warming wood burner, and a Smart TV. The kitchen, meanwhile, is a sunny room finished in a farmhouse style and equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer box, coffee machine, and dishwasher.
