A cosy, warm cottage in a quiet location. Ideal for north dales and Cumbria. Downstairs bedroom worked well for my elderly father. A lovely welcome package was provided and the owners were very pleasant and appreciative of our stay during these strange times. Could return.

Great holiday , very friendly hosts, location was great but make sure you buy the right OS map as the location is in Dent outside of Sedbergh. Even though the weather was rainy , its still beautiful, relaxing and quiet.

The self-catering Cottage was lovely, cosy but adequate for the 4 of us as we had our own Bedrooms & Bathrooms with continual supply of hot water. The Owners were lovely, very welcoming & helpful. Left us Wine, Cake & Eggs as a thoughtful welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was amazing for scenery & walks and good for village/town sRead moreightseeing & attractions, plus plentiful Pubs & Tea-shops in all directions. Great location once we actually found it! We had hoped for more local walks though. Upstairs cottage space was lovely, but only suitable for able-bodied guests. Owners were friendly, although unable to resolve the (rain related) leaking shower room.

If you want peace and quiet in a beautiful part of the country, with numerous walks from your doorstep then this is the place for you. We both had fantastic sleeps in the very comfy beds with the quiet outside. Lovely to breakfast outside with the views of the hills. The property was spotless and we felt very confident staying here during Covid. WiFi intermittent at times. Hide

The cottage was very homely and welcoming after a long drive up from Norfolk. A welcome pack with home made cake, scones and wine was a lovely surprised and was soon made use of. One of the best things about the cottage was the peace and quiet and views to die for. These memories will be with us forever.
