Ideally situated near to the border of Cornwall/Devon, this is a great location from which to explore both counties. Just a short stroll takes you to the South West Coastal Path, providing access to the unique cliff top 'Hawker's Hut', and leading to the ever popular seaside town of Bude, and rugged coastal town of Hartland, famed for its abbey and quay. It is also possible to walk directly from the property via public footpaths to the popular 13th century pub, just over one mile away, and 13th century tea rooms, just slightly further afield. Beach lovers will also be spoilt for choice with an array of golden sandy beaches and unspoilt coves in the area and traditional fishing villages such as Padstow and Port Isaac. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include Clovelly, Bodmin Moor, the Eden Project, Newquay Zoo, RHS Rosemoor Gardens and numerous National Trust properties.

Handily, designated off-road parking for two cars is also provided directly outside on the private parking area next to the property.

A very clean, well appointed and conveniently situated accommodation. We enjoyed coastal path walks to beaches some from across the road from the accommodation. Valley View is a stunning little cottage in a quiet and peaceful part of Bude. The cottage has pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay (including for your four legged family members) with lots to do in the surrounding area. The cottage was stunning, beautifully presented and clean. We didnt want to come home. The location was wonderful and peaceful. We couldn't have asked for a more idyllic cottage. The setting was beautiful and the cottage itself was beautiful. Extremely comfortable and had everything you might need for a relaxing stay. My husband, toddler and I had a wonderful stay. I can't recommend more highly.
