The cottage was lovely. Well equipped kitchen, comfy sofas, comfy beds and a good hot shower (really good!). Cottage has a safe enclosed garden at the front and plenty of walking in their own grounds. Also across the lane there are lots of fields with footpaths through for walking.

We stayed at Rose Cottage. Amiable host, Helen greeted us on arrival. Complimentary (and unexpected) bottle of wine and fresh flowers on arrival. The location is off the beaten track so very quite. The cottages are part of a working farm and allow a dog in the cottage, with excellent country views. A very cosy friendly pub is a mile down the road and allows dogs in. Convenient for north Devon coast such as Ilfracoombe but a vehicle is required to access shops etc. Very cosy cottage.
