The cottage is comfortable and well equipped. It is stylishly decorated. We especially enjoyed the conservatory and the colourful and well-stocked garden. It is well-located for excursions; and for wet days there is plenty of reading material.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cottage to anyone travelling to the Dundee area. Very secure and quiet area outside town, but still close enough not to feel totally secluded. The owner met us when we arrived. She was very friendly and made the house feel homely by decorating it for the festive season.

Loved our 2nd stay. Beautiful enclosed garden with lots of lawn for the dog and pretty borders for us to enjoy, made lots of use of the sunroom, loved starry skies on clear nights. Great days out to Lunan Bay, both local country parks and Glamis Castle.

Spacious and comfortable cottage, very peacefully located in the fields, with beautiful views of over 25 miles far. Beautiful garden with abundant flowers. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the silence of the location. The centre of Edinburgh can be reached within 2 hours, by a relaxing 1,5h train ride from Dundee.

Cottage was fantastic, lots of home comforts, had everything we needed for a lovely holiday. The garden was equally lovely to sit out in and enjoy the views of the surrounding fields very quiet and relaxing. Great restaurant and bar just five minutes walk from the cottage that you don't have to walk on any roads to get too either. Great holiday

I would definitely recommend this cottage for two people - for the views alone - amazing! It was comfortable & had lots to recommend it. I would not want four people sleeping there because of the need to walk through the main bedroom.
