This converted barn is one of two holiday properties located on a 260 acre cattle and sheep farm. Guests are welcome to explore the farm and see the many animals on site. The village of Hartland, originally a Georgian market town, is a short distance away and offers traditional family pubs and shops, plus historical places of interest. The farm itself is situated not far from the Devon/Cornwall border, making it an ideal base for exploring both counties. On the Cornwall side, the town of Bude and its popular beach is only a 30 minute drive away, other Cornish attractions include Tintagel, Padstow and the Eden Project. On the other side of the border, the towns and villages of Clovelly, Westward Ho! and Bideford are ready to be explored along with attractions including The Big Sheep and The Milky Way.
The accommodation is laid out on one floor and retains features such as the slate floor and exposed beams. The lounge/diner is spacious yet cosy, and has an electric fire, Smart TV and Hi-Fi. There are also children's toys, games and board games to suit all ages. The dining area features a table and seating for six people. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
