Located next to Pentewan valley cycle path with footpaths and bridal ways from your doorstep. Just a short drive to discover the Tall Ships at Charlestown, the setting for the TV series Poldark. The perfect place to relax on the historic harbour where time has stood still. Carlyon Bay has a fabulous coastline with some lovely walks, sheltered coves and traditional fishing villages nearby including Looe, Polperro and Fowey to the east and Mevagissey to the west. Attractions in the area include The Eden Project, The Ship Wreck Centre, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Poldark Mine, St Michaels Mount and National Trust properties including nearby Lanhydrock House.

If you're looking for a wow factor of a romantic break, then this safari style holiday certainly delivers on all levels. Upon arrival, steps lead you to the garden entrance where the owners’ vision to create the most unique couples retreat awaits you. This property comprises of one double bedroom, sumptuous on all levels, with a double bed that’s dressed with crisp linen and stylish throws. The central area with sofa bed houses the lounge/kitchen/diner, enjoy some down time and cosy up in the cooler months beside the wood burner (first basket of logs included) and watch TV, enjoying the cosy ambience. The kitchen is equipped with all you require to whip up a meal, with electric hob and combination microwave oven and fridge with ice compartment. Just off from the central lounge/kitchen/dining area is the contemporary shower room with shower and WC.

Heading outside to the decking, relax after a day’s adventures, enjoy the warmth of the hot tub and a glass of your finest champagne, then retire to the garden and relax around the fire pit whilst the BBQ kicks into life. There is off-road parking for one car.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Such a wonderful place to stay. The views are stunning as is the accommodation itself. Hosts were lovely, letting us get on with our holiday but there on hand when we needed. Perfect spot for a vacation off the grid. Lots of fun places to go within a 30-minute drive radio. Cottage was cozy and clean. All the necessary appliances and more. Hot tube under the stars was wonderful. Sadie and Tim were quite attentive to our needs and wishes. We had a bottle of fine waiting for us on arrival and scones for the next morning. Breathtaking! Beautiful setting and very remote. A complete relaxing break. Lovely welcome with scones and wine. Log burner easy to use and hot tub a bonus. They have a piece of heaven with a beautiful view.

Everything was perfectly thought out. The farm is a little remote which adds to the charm. The views from the garden (which is totally enclosed-great for keeping dog in and cows out) are amazing. This is an ideal place for getting away from it all with an amazing view. The property was well equipped and comfortable and the hot tub was a bonus to come back to at the end of a busy day sightseeing. Tim and Sadie are amazing hosts. We had such warm reception, they made us feel at home and where always ready to help with anything we needed.
